Agreement to Terms
By using this website or engaging AdvancedWebsites.ai for services, you agree to the terms outlined here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our services.
Fixed-Price Project Terms
All project bids are delivered in writing with a capability-by-capability scope breakdown. Work outside the agreed scope will be priced separately and approved before work begins. Bids are valid for the period stated at time of delivery.
Payment Terms
Project payments follow the milestone schedule agreed at kickoff. Monthly Care Plan fees are billed in advance and may be cancelled with notice as specified in your service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you own the completed site, its content, and associated data. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary systems used to build it remain the property of AdvancedWebsites.ai.
Limitation of Liability
AdvancedWebsites.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or delivered services, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
